Our CrossFit Kids Program is currently available for 3 age groups:
CrossFit Juniors Aged 5-7
CrossFit Kids Aged 8-10
CrossFit Middle School Aged 11-14
We teach the basics of functional movement in a fun and engaging way to get kids interested in fitness! CrossFit Kids can serve as the perfect foundation for any sport or physical activity that your children participate in either now or in the future!
