CrossFit is defined as "constantly varied functional movement executed at a high intensity", however here at CrossFit Medfield we understand that "high intensity" can look a little bit different for everyone. Our experienced and educated coaches will meet you where you're at; modifying workouts as needed to ensure a completely individualized experience within the group class setting.
All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression that is 60 minutes in duration. We will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for each workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
