TEEN FITNESS (AGES 11-15)

Our Teen Fitness program is designed for students aged 11-15 years old.  Using the same CrossFit methodology of our adult programs, we utilize age appropriate elements of cardiovascular, body weight, and weightlifting movement to provide a strong overall fitness level.  Whether you are an athlete, or just interested in improving your fitness, this program is ideal for you.

Class Times: Monday and Wednesday from 4:00pm – 5:00pm.
