This non-contact boxing class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques. Class includes cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag and mitt work. Participants will work with the bags and learn stance, guard, movement, the jab, cross, hook, defensive moves and more.
In addition to an excellent full-body workout athletes will learn basic self defense, giving them confidence.
What to bring:
COVID Precautions: Athletes will not share bags or equipment. Coach will be masked entire time and athletes will be appropriately spaced. Limited to 10 athletes. Bags will be properly disinfected. Masks are optional for athletes.
