Teen Boxing (AGES 13-18)

This non-contact teen boxing class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques. Class includes cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag and mitt work. Participants will work with the bags and learn stance, guard, movement, the jab, cross, hook, defensive moves and more.

In addition to an excellent full-body workout athletes will learn basic self defense, giving them confidence.

What to bring:

  • Sneakers
  • Comfortable Clothes
  • Water
  • Hand Wraps (available for purchase at the gym $9)
  • Boxing Gloves (Once registered you will receive recommendations on which gloves to buy…or you may borrow from CFM.)
  • Jump Rope (You may borrow one from CFM.)

COVID Precautions:  Athletes will not share bags or equipment.  Coach will be masked entire time and athletes will be appropriately spaced. Limited to 8 athletes.  Bags will be properly disinfected.  Masks are optional for athletes.

September Session (4 Week Program)

Start Date: Wednesday, September 2nd

Days/Time:  Mondays and Wednesday from 3:30 – 4:30pm

Cost: $100 for 4-week session (8 total classes)
