Rose Colleran – CrossFit Coach & Nutrition Counselor

I’m a wife and mother of two daughters, a fitness enthusiast and I’m passionate about nutrition!

The majority of my life I was not very active or overly concerned about nutrition and long-term health. In 2006 my life took an unexpected turn when my sister-in-law called to let me know she could get me a number to run the New York City marathon that fall. This surprising and unexpected opportunity changed the course of my life. The experience sparked a desire for optimal health achieved through fitness and nutrition. The journey was so rewarding and life changing; I wanted to share my passion with others through fitness, health and wellness coaching. In 2015 a friend told me they had started taking classes at CrossFit Medfield and that I would probably like it and should check it out. I took their advice and was quickly hooked! I love that there is always something to work on and it allows me to keep creating a better version of myself with the support of a great community on the same journey.

As a nutrition and wellness coach, my goal is to educate our members on how they can live a sustainable lifestyle that allows them to achieve their health and fitness goals in a realistic and non-restrictive manner.
