A program designed to help dedicated High School athletes reach their full performance potential.

An 8 week program of two 1-hour training sessions per week – 16 total training sessions – for $199.

Class Times: Tuesday and Thursday 7:30-8:30pm.

Winter program begins Tuesday, January 7th and runs through Thursday, March 5th.  There will be no classes during February vacation (2/18 and 2/20).

Spring program will run April 7th – June 4th.  There will be no classes during April vacation (4/21 and 4/23).

As this program leads athletes through a steady progression of strength, conditioning, movements and assessments, we cannot accept athletes once the session has begun.  Please register in advance.  Thank you.
