A program designed to help dedicated High School athletes reach their full performance potential. A 6-week program of three 1-hour training sessions per week – 18 total training sessions – for $199.
Class Times: Tuesday and Thursday 7:30-8:30pm, Saturday 11:00am-12:00pm. Program starts Tuesday, March 19th and runs through Saturday, May 4th
There are no classes during April vacation week: 16th, 18th, and 20th.
