HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

A program designed to help dedicated High School athletes reach their full performance potential.  An 8-week program of three 1-hour training sessions per week – 24 total training sessions – for $300.

Class Times: Tuesday and Thursday 7:30-8:30pm, Saturday 11:00am-12:00pm.  Program starts Tuesday, January 8th and runs thru Saturday, March 2nd
