Olympic Lifting 101 is a complete 2-day course for individuals seeking to learn the Olympic Snatch technique, broken down into simple step by step guided lessons, which provide lifters with tips, drills and advice that has been tested and proven to work throughout the course to help them learn and improve their snatch technique. The course will cover multiple variations of the Snatch designed to improve your snatch technique and to facilitate your fitness goals (i.e. Safe and Efficient Technique, Strength Building, and Technical prowess).
The next course we will run in April and will focus on the Clean and Jerk.
