Nick Conner – Boxing Coach

Nick and his eight siblings grew up around sports including soccer, cross country, track, baseball and of course Nick’ introduction to wrestling in the fourth grade. Nick competed in wrestling at the high school, collegiate and international levels until his graduation from the University of Florida in 1989.

Nick’s passion for learning and discipline continued in his studies of Shoalin Five Animal Kung Fu and Boxing. In 2013 he received his Black Belt and in 2014 he fought in his first US sanctioned boxing match.

Although CrossFit is a new endeavor, helping people has always been in his blood as an Adaptive Ski Coach for New England Disabled Sports, a Disaster First Responder for Team Rubicon and helping men and women boxers train for Haymakers for Hope. In 2019 he joined the CrossFit Training Team as a Boxing Coach.
