Getting Started is Easy!

New to CrossFit?  Then our on-ramp program is the best way to get started.

What is On-Ramp?  The on-ramp program is an opportunity for you to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a one-on-one setting with your own personal coach. You will graduate with a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, nutrition and mobility.

How Many Sessions?  The on-ramp program includes 4 total sessions. These sessions will be scheduled by you and your personal coach to make sure that it fits into your schedule.

What does it Cost?  The on-ramp program is only $99 for 1-month.  This fee covers the 4 on-ramp sessions with your personal coach, as well as access to an unlimited number of CrossFit classes for the month.

How do I Sign Up?

Choose a time of day that works best for you from the list below:

  • Early morning (before 8:30 am)
  • Mid-morning (8:30 am – 12:00 pm)
  • Mid-day (12:00-3:00 pm)
  • Late Afternoon (3:00-5:00 pm)
  • Evening (5:00-8:00 pm)

Once you have chosen a time, simply fill out the form below with the time indicated in the “message” section and we will assign you a personal coach and that coach will reach out to you to schedule your first session.
