Dylan has been a life-long athlete, lettering in Varsity Football. He went on to play as a walk on in the PAC 12 for the Washington State University Cougars as a Linebacker, where he studied Kinesiology. After a year, he decided to switch gears and intern as a strength and conditioning assistant under Head Strength Coach, Jason Lascolzo, for the Cougs where he ended up finding his passion for CrossFit.
Coach Dylan began CrossFitting as a way to just change up his style of training but quickly realized he wanted to pursue a new athletic endeavor. It was his sophomore summer that he began dialing it in and taking his knowledge from college, and applying it to his workout regimen and recovery. After college, Dylan moved to Boston where he worked at Reebok Headquarters alongside some prestigious CrossFit Seminar Trainers. He was able to learn and obtain a plethora of knowledge on constructing, organizing and running an effective and fun CrossFit class.
Dylan has since then dedicated his life to fitness, sports, and coaching athletes. His experience includes CrossFit, sport specific training (I.E. football and Lacrosse), strength and mobility training. His new and profound love is working with High School athletes and teams to help prepare them for their season.
The programming for CrossFit Medfield is original and created by Coach Dylan. It challenges the most elite level athletes alongside brand new first-timers, in a safe, inclusive, supportive and challenging environment.
