Many professional, college and high-school athletes have turned to CrossFit as their primary strength and conditioning program with unparalleled results. Our Sports Performance program is designed to provide local athletes (boys and girls ages 11-16) with a place where they can develop physically and mentally, so that they can reach their maximum athletic potential. Although the program is focused on athletes, it can also benefit any teenager in developing their overall fitness level, setting them on the right path to living a fit and healthy life.

Private Sports Performance Training is also available upon request.
