Reebok CrossFit Medfield, home to seven-time (including 2017) CrossFit Games athlete Spencer Hendel, is proud to present our second annual  Suffer on Saturday team competition! This competition will consist of two-person teams. However new this year, it will be a MIXED-gender team. We will be offering three different divisions: RX, Scaled and Masters (45+) housing a total of 60 teams on Saturday September 30th, 2017.

Please note that if you are competing in this division you must be 45 and over by 9/30/17. There will be one division for Masters athletes. Although all Masters athletes will be competing in the same division, the weights will be adjusted for athletes 50 and over. If you have one teammate thats under 50 and another that 50 and over, your team will be using the weights and standards that are set for Master’s athletes 45-49.
