Kathryn first fell in love with the physical aspect of yoga ~ she’s been doing handstands in her kitchen for as long as she can remember. Growing up, she loved playing sports and pushed herself to excel in any athletic challenge. In her 20’s, she began running and completed many races and a triathlon. As she began to have her children, she loved the mindfulness and the peace of yoga that balanced the busyness of daily life.
In 2010, she left her corporate job to pursue a life and career focused on health and wellness. She became certified as a health coach and launched her own business, Inspired Healthy Life, coaching clients and running nutrition & wellness programs. Through it all, she was drawn more and more to yoga and the strong, calm and balanced mind and body it gave her. While pregnant with her 3rd baby, she completed her 200hour certification, studying under Susie Masters and Ashley RoseMello.
