Erik started CrossFit in September 2013. He had decided to try CrossFit after his workouts at a local gym had become stale. The intensity and structured programming of CrossFit drew him in and he was soon hooked. The incredible support and motivation from the entire community was exactly what he needed. This atmosphere is unique to CrossFit and because of this he is in the best shape of his life! He is dedicated to his own training, and regularly competes in local competitions.
Erik loves that fact that he is able to share his knowledge and experiences as a coach at Reebok CrossFit Medfield! He finds it both rewarding and fulfilling to help others along in their fitness journey. Helping athletes work towards and reach their goals is his ultimate motivation.
